Endeavour Lodge is Norfolk Island's first property to achieve Green STAR Accreditation from AAA Tourism, as the Island moves toward becoming a truly 'green' tourism destination.

At Endeavour Lodge we have made a commitment to a sustainable environmental policy. To minimise our environmental impact, we are committed to achieving:

Our Environmentally Friendly initiatives at Endeavour Lodge include

• Lighting - Energy efficient light globes
• All rooms are smoke free
• Linen & Towels - No change option
• Ventilation available through windows or balcony doors
• Water saving shower heads
• Office - paper and printer cartridge recycling
• Rubbish - separate bins to promote recycling by guests

Green Star standards were developed by AAA Tourism in conjunction with GREEN GLOBE under the guidance of the Australian Government established Sustainable Tourism Cooperative Research Centre.
